Arshad Sharif's murder case, the Chief Justice issued a major order.
The Supreme Court ordered to register the case of Arshad Sharif's murder by this evening and called for the copy of the FIR and the inquiry report.
According to the details, the Arshad Sharif murder case was heard in the Supreme Court on its own notice, a 5-member bench headed by Chief Justice Umar Attabandial heard the hearing.
Foreign Secretary Asad Majeed and Secretary Interior, Secretary Information and President PFUJ appeared in the court.

Justice Atta Umar Bandial further said that the human rights cell is working on the letter of Arshad Sharif's mother, why the final report of the government commission has not yet been received by the Supreme Court.
What is happening, why is the report not coming? On which the Additional Attorney General said that the Interior Minister was in Faisalabad when the report came, after Rana Sanaullah saw it, the report will be given to the Supreme Court.
The Chief Justice inquired whether the Interior Minister has to change the report. The Minister of Interior should be called now, it is the job of the government to investigate, not the court.
Justice Atta Umar Bandial said that the government of Pakistan has access in Kenya, access to the investigation report is the right of everyone.
The Additional Attorney General said that he would submit the report to the Supreme Court by tomorrow. The Chief Justice remarked that it should be submitted today so that it can be heard tomorrow, waiting for the report for 43 days.
Umar Bandyal termed the medical report of Arshad Sharif as unsatisfactory and said that he is taking the matter seriously.
The Chief Justice said that from October 23 till today only the court could get the medical report, the senior doctors did the medical but the report is not satisfactory.
