Islamabad High Court's order to dismiss 13 cases filed against PTI leader
Islamabad High Court ordered to dismiss 13 cases registered against PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur.
13 cases were registered in various police stations of Islamabad after protesting against PTI leader and former federal minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the long march of May 25 and the decision of the Election Commission.
Approached the Islamabad High Court. Islamabad High Court Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri heard the petitions of Ali Amin Gandapur's expulsion case, in which the SHOs and investigation officers of 15 police stations of Islamabad appeared before the court.
The court dismissed the cases filed against Ali Amin after the statements of the SHOs and the investigating officer, while the pleas against 2 cases were withdrawn by Ali Amin Gandapur's counsel.
