         According to the details, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Sahir Shamshad Mirza has met with President Arif Alvi in ​​the President's House.

         Lieutenant General Sahir Shamshad Mirza belongs to Sindh Regiment who has been posted in important positions during the last 7 years and is currently commanding Ten Corps also known as Rawalpindi Corps. 

         Lt. Gen. Sahir Shamshad Mirza, as Director General Military Operations, gained media attention. He was part of General Raheel Sharif's core team at GHQ that oversaw the operation against the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan in North Waziristan and also worked in the Quadrilateral Coordination Group.

        Lt. Gen. Sahir Shamshad Mirza was also a part of the committee formed for reforms in Gilgit-Baltistan. He was also part of the group consisting of Pakistan, Afghanistan, China and the United States, which played the role of mediator in the inter-Afghan talks.
