Murad Saeed grievances should be redressed, President's letter to Prime Minister and Chief Justice.
ISLAMABAD: President Dr. Arif Alvi has written a letter to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chief Justice of Pakistan in which it has been asked to resolve the complaints of Murad Saeed.
According to Pak News, in the letter written by President Dr. Arif Alvi, it has been said that former Minister Murad Saeed raised the issue of the deteriorating situation in Swat, after which he is being threatened with serious consequences.
The letter states that despite repeated requests by Murad Saeed, Islam Police has not registered an FIR. The letter written by the President said that such actions are in violation of the Constitution and Article 9 of the law.
Dr. Arif Alvi added that 'the entire state machinery has failed to fulfill its duties.'
